Loaded Mac and Cheese Bake
Loaded with all the yummy fixings of a baked potato, everyone in the family will enjoy this tasty one-skillet mac and cheese bake.

Ingredients

cups (500 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1
pkg Hamburger HelperTM Cheesy Shells
2
cups (500 mL) hot water
2
cups (500 mL) small fresh broccoli florets
1/3
cup (75 mL) sour cream
1
cup (250 mL) bread crumbs
2
green onions, finely sliced
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Heat large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat; cook bacon, onion and garlic for 6 to 7 minutes or until bacon is golden and onion is softened.
Stir in milk, water, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger HelperTM pkg) and broccoli; bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat. Stir in half of the cheese, and sour cream. Transfer to a baking dish, Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with green onions.
