Southwest Chicken and Macaroni Skillet
This quick and easy-to-make chicken skillet dinner packs a lot of flavour.

lb (500 g) lean ground chicken

pkg Hamburger HelperTM Hamburger Helper Chili Macaroni

tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
1
can (540 mL) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

cups (875 mL) hot water
1
cup (250 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
Heat oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook chicken for about 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Stir in beans, hot water, and sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger HelperTM pkg); bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions.
