Chicken Deli Noodle Casserole
This yummy and satisfying skillet has all the comforting flavours of a deli sandwich in casserole form.

tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
cups (500 mL) shredded cabbage
slices deli ham, sliced
cup (250 mL) chopped cooked chicken
cups (425 mL) hot water
pkg Hamburger HelperTM Cheddar Cheese Melt
tbsp (30 mL) deli mustard
cup (125 mL) shredded Swiss cheese
cup (60 mL) finely diced pickles
cup (125 mL) milk (for topping)
Heat oil in large skillet set over medium-heat heat. Cook cabbage, onion and deli ham for 2 to 3 minutes or until veggies start to soften and ham starts to brown.
Stir in chicken, water, milk, sauce mix, uncooked pasta (from Hamburger HelperTM box) and mustard. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Meanwhile stir 1/2 cup milk and Topping Mix (from Hamburger Helper™/MC box) in a small bowl.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Drizzle topping. Sprinkle with pickles
