Garlic Butter Shrimp Noodle Bake Skillet
It’s always nice to have a bag of shrimp in the freezer for easy dinners. This shrimp skillet is infused with garlic butter for a tasty meal the whole family will love.

tbsp (45 mL) butter, room temperature
cups (500 mL) hot water
pkg Tuna HelperTM Creamy Noodle
lb (500 g) peeled and deveined large shrimp, tails removed
cup (75 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Stir together butter and garlic. Melt half the garlic butter in a large skillet set over medium heat. Stir in milk, water, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger HelperTM box). Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat. Stir in shrimp, tomato and pepper. Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over top. Dot with garlic butter.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with arugula.
