Chicken and Spinach Stroganoff Skillet
This light and healthy take on classic stroganoff is simple and flavourful.

lb (500 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
pkg Hamburger HelperTM Stroganoff
tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
cup (125 mL) hot water
cups (500 mL) loosely packed baby spinach
tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh parsley
Heat oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook chicken, onion and garlic for about 5 minutes or until chicken is browned.
Stir in milk, hot water, and sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger HelperTM pkg); bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in spinach.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle with parsley.
