Chicken Club Noodle Gratin
This fun twist, loaded with all the flavours of the classic sandwich, makes for a family-friendly meal any night of the week.

lb (500 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
pkg Tuna HelperTM au Gratin
cups (550 mL) hot water
cups (500 mL) baby spinach
cups (375 mL) chopped tomato, divided
cup (250 mL) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
Heat skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken and bacon for 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is browned and bacon is crispy.
Stir in hot water, milk, and sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Tuna HelperTM pkg); bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for about 12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in spinach, tomato and cheese until spinach is wilted.
Sprinkle with avocado and Topping (from Tuna HelperTM pkg).
