White Bean Chicken Chili Noodle Skillet
This light and lively chicken chili pasta makes a simple and comforting meal any night of the week.

cup (250 mL) shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
pkg Hamburger HelperTM Beef Taco
can (540 mL) white beans, drained and rinsed
jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced (optional)
cups (800 mL) hot water
cup (125) frozen corn
tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat; cook beans, onion and jalapeño for about 5 minutes or until onions start to soften.
Stir in chicken, hot water, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger HelperTM pkg) and corn; bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk together milk with Topping (from Hamburger HelperTM pkg).
Dollop Topping mixture over top; sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with lime wedges (if using).
