Cheesy Chicken Primavera Garden Alfredo

cup (250 mL) chopped cooked chicken

cup (425 mL) milk

cup (425 mL) hot water

pkg Hamburger HelperTM Cheesy Italian
1/3
cup (75 mL) grated Parmesan cheese

tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh chives

Preparation

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet set over medium heat. Cook red pepper, carrots and zucchini for 3 to 4 minutes or until starting to soften.
  2. Stir in chicken, milk, water, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger HelperTM box). Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 13 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
