Caprese Meatball Lasagne
With pre-cooked meatballs and the fresh flavours of a classic tomato and basil salad, this quick lasagna will please any hungry dinner crowd.

lb (500 g) precooked frozen meatballs
pkg Hamburger Helper™ Hamburger Helper Lasagne
cups (925 mL) hot water
cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
cup (250 mL) halved grape tomatoes
cup (50 mL) torn fresh basil leaves
Heat oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook meatballs and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes or until meatballs start to brown.
Stir in hot water, and sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper™/MC pkg); bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and tomatoes. Sprinkle with arugula and basil.
