Beef and Lentil Noodle Skillet
This protein-packed pasta toss is ideal for busy weeknight dinners.

lb (375 g) top sirloin, thinly sliced
pkg Hamburger HelperTMBeef Noodle
tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
can (540 mL) lentils, drained and rinsed
cups (375 mL) finely chopped carrots
cups (800 mL hot water
tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh parsley
Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat; cook beef for about 5 minutes or until browned.
Stir in lentils and carrots; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger HelperTM pkg); bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle with parsley.
