lb (500 g) precooked frozen meatballs

pkg Hamburger Helper™ Hamburger Helper Lasagne
2
tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
1
clove garlic, minced

cups (925 mL) hot water
1
cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
1
cup (250 mL) halved grape tomatoes
1
cup (250 mL) arugula
1/4
cup (50 mL) torn fresh basil leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook meatballs and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes or until meatballs start to brown.
Stir in hot water, and sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper™/MC pkg); bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and tomatoes. Sprinkle with arugula and basil.
